•. Weekends: Min. 2 night stay when a Friday - Saturday or Saturday - Sunday night is booked and paid in full.

•. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival date a full refund less $50 admin fee applies. All refunds will be made to depositing account only.. no third party accounts excepted.
•. Cancellations less than 14 days notice before due date: Forfeit the full amount of booking. No refund under any circumstances.
•.Cut short your stay; or No show on arrival date; Full booking costs are charged. No refund. Under any circumstances.
•. 14 days or more notice before arrival date, Deposits are transferrable to another booking date.
